Without a completed enrollment packet on file, your child will not be allowed to attend camp. It is best to submit this packet early on.
A medical authorization form, located in the enrollment packet, MUST be submitted if your child requires a prescription medication. To be on the safe side, parents are encouraged to submit a medical authorization form even if the ‘prescriptions’ are Ibuprofen or Tylenol. Absolutely NO medication(s) will be given without this form on file.
